• Wallet address – required to send your crypto rewards (e.g., USDT).
• Country selection (flag) – chosen manually by the user to personalize app features and rewards.
• App usage data – includes missions completed, ads watched, referral activity.
• Device Information – type of device (iOS, Samsung, Huawei), collected to ensure compatibility and performance.

Note: We do not collect IP addresses or precise location data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate and improve the app
• Track mission progress (e.g., video code input)
• Deliver personalized ads and offers
• Send earned rewards to the correct wallet
• Provide support and verify users
• Prevent fraud and enforce fair use

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with trusted partners to operate key features of Rizo:

• Ad Networks: Google AdMob
• Analytics: Firebase, Google Analytics, Unity Analytics
• Reward Platforms: Binance, OKX, KuCoin (to process crypto rewards)

4. Registration and Account

To use Rizo, users must register with an email address. We use this email only to manage your account and communicate app-related updates.

5. Rewards and Missions

Users earn rewards by:

• Watching ads
• Completing missions (e.g., watching YouTube videos and entering unique codes)
• Referring new users to Rizo

Rewards are paid in cryptocurrency, and users must provide a valid crypto wallet to receive them.

6. Age Restriction

Rizo is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that a user under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account and related data.

7. Data Deletion

Users can delete their account and all associated data through the app’s Delete Account feature. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (including encryption and secure servers) to protect your personal data. However, no system is 100% secure.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
